Metalcraft Technologies is a full-service, vertically integrated, aerospace components manufacturer. We fabricate sheet metal parts, machine precision parts, process/finish parts, and build both major and minor assemblies.


Metalcraft Technologies (MTI) is looking for a Customer Service Representative to manage customer programs and serve as a liaison between the company and its customers.   This position requires strong analytical skills, the ability to build relationships with customers, and a results oriented focus.


  • Serves as the customer advocate to fulfill contract requirements; acts as a liaison between various departments within the company to ensure production deadlines and schedules are met.
  • Provides detailed records and reports required by customers including order status and shipping schedules.
  • Effectively communicates both verbally and in writing with customers and with multiple levels of the organization within the company.
  • Prepares and presents program review and marketing information to customers.
  • Monitors current and develops future business with existing customers.
  • Builds customer relations through regular customer contact.
  • Reconciles MRP data to customer data to ensure MRP accurately reflects customer requirements.


  • Bachelor's Degree Business, Accounting, Finance, Operations or related field or equivalent experience in a related field.  Experience may be substituted for educational requirements at a ratio of two (2) years post high school full time employment to one (1) year of formal education. 
  • Understanding of aerospace industry preferred.


  • Understanding of Aerospace fabrication requirements including Sheet Metal forming, Machined Parts and Assembly and common aerospace coating applications.
  • Preferred experience and understanding of LEAN and Process Improvement
  • Ability to foster teamwork and cooperation with diverse groups of employees.
  • Effective interpersonal and presentation skills; skilled at applying negotiation principles to achieve beneficial results. Able to influence business decisions and negotiate resource allocation.
  • Mastery of basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and fractions).
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Previous experience working in MRP systems (VISUAL preferred)
  • Ability to think critically and analyze data
  • Customer service experience
